Hey there, my name is Brian and I’m so glad you dropped by to visit me at an art fair recently.

I am a professional nature and wildlife artist out of Southeast Michigan, inspired by both the beauty and stories of nature but also the colors and feelings of 20th century abstract expressionism. Together, these two sides make something that I call “Modern art for nature lovers.”

So the thing about me is that I have two sides to what I do: painting and printmaking. In painting, I make acrylic paintings of birds and other wildlife on canvas with bold colors and textures that evoke strong emotions. For printmaking, I also focus on color, but they’re smaller and simpler. I make prints because they’re an accessible way to collect an original piece of art that the artist has touched, but without committing to a painting on canvas.
