Originally painted as part of the Barefoot and Free festival 2024 in Milford, MI, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL is a pretty straightforward reminder that, well, you are beautiful!

Hummingbirds are known as symbols of joy and beauty and the delphinium represents a fullness of the heart. You are beautiful inside and out and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise!

This is part of my Affirmations series, where I try to bring a positive message to my paintings and share it with you. It started as reminders for myself, but I soon realized that everyone else needs these reminders too, just positive little nudges in the right direction.
