My name is Brian Fritz and I am a fine artist and printmaker in Howell, MI, and I make modern art for nature lovers. I take the feelings you have when you’re in nature and try to paint them.

Inspired by both the natural world around me as well as contemporary abstract art, I fuse both worlds together in a fresh, bold, colorful style.

The Heron Has Landed!

My largest and most complicated block is finally here! Nearly five years in the making, Heron’s Hideaway made its official debut at the Peninsular Printmaker Fair in Ferndale on April 5th.

It’s going fast, but there are still a few editions left before I have to ink up the block and print more!
