ART MARCH IS HERE!

March 8th, 12-4pm
Community Center at Ferndalehaus, Ferndale, MI

Learn the art of linocut  printmaking with local artist Brian Fritz!
Bring your creativity as you learn the tools and techniques for cutting and printing your own linocut print! Everything is provided, just show up.

This is approximately a 3-hour class for the full version and about half an hour for a drop-in printing session.

If you choose the full class, please try to arrive by 1 at the latest. I have the venue from 12 to 4pm.

  3-HOUR CLASS:
Starting from a block of linoleum, you will have the opportunity to create your own design and bring it to life from a drawing to a set of prints. You will receive hands-on guidance and gentle encouragement the whole time.  

DROP IN CLASS:
You will have the opportunity to pick two pre-carved blocks and pull a set of prints with a hand press.
